Carne Diem Grill is an unconventional and avant-garde steakhouse by Sri Lanka’s most renowned chef and restaurateur Dharshan Munidasa, located at The Marina @ CROSSROADS. The restaurant was built around a custom charcoal grill oven ‘Ignis Maximus’ engineered by Munidasa himself, that operates at a temperature of 750˚C and is built on the principles of the charcoal yakitori grills of Japan, and uses a unique grilling technique to create a steak that requires no sauce, resulting in what most guests refer to as “The Best Steak Ever”.
