The Porterhouse offers both lean and fatty cuts. With a marbling score of 4-5, this cut presents slightly sweet and rich earthy flavours close to the bone.

Sirloin
One of the highest quality cuts of beef, our Sirloin has a marbling score of 4-5 offering a robust flavour and delightful combination of tenderness and juiciness.
This cut is portioned to order and we recommend a 3 finger-cut of 500g and above.

Maimoa Lamb

Rack Of Lamb
Our 8-rib rack of lamb is produced by Maimoa in the luscious fields of New Zealand's rolling countryside. These are young lambs with smaller cutlets and our cooking method brings out extra umami from the meat.
The Wine Cellar
The Wine Cellar at Carne Diem Grill offers the largest selection of Red Wine at Crossroads Maldives, featuring both old-world and new-world wines. The wine cellar also showcases a selection of rosé, white and bubbles. Guests are invited to walk through the wine cellar and personally select their wines or choose from our curated wine list. Limited seating is also offered in the wine cellar for a more intimate dining experience.
